Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividends

Shareholders, whose unclaimed or unpaid Dividends and shares has been transferred by the Company to IEPF Account, may claim their refund by making an application to the IEPF Authority in form no. IEPF – 5 alongwith requisite documents (to be filed online). The said form and procedure is available on https://www.iepf.gov.in/IEPF/refund.html

Transfer of Shares to IEPF

Pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ('the Rules'), all unpaid or unclaimed dividends are required to be transferred by the Company to the IEPF after the completion of seven years. Further, according to the Rules, the shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive years or more shall also be transferred by the Company to IEPF Account.
