Mr. Sanjay Lalbhai provides long-term strategic leadership to Arvind and its diversified group of businesses, which together span textiles, apparel retail, real estate, engineering, and advanced materials. Under his stewardship, Arvind has evolved into one of the world’s largest and most respected textile manufacturers while successfully expanding into adjacent sectors that strengthen the group’s resilience and growth potential. His leadership philosophy emphasises institutional strength and building businesses that endure across cycles.

Mr.Punit Lalbhai oversees the Textile, Engineering, Technical Textile, and Environmental businesses, playing a central role in shaping the Group’s industrial and sustainability agenda. He has been instrumental in building Arvind Advanced Materials, now among the fastest-growing segments within the group. This business serves global markets across human protection, industrial applications, and composite materials, reinforcing Arvind’s reputation for innovation and reliability.

Mr. Kulin Lalbhai leads the group’s consumer and digital businesses across fashion, real estate, and emerging technology ventures. He has been instrumental in scaling Arvind Fashions into one of India’s leading brand houses and driving its omnichannel transformation. He also oversees the group’s fast-growing real estate ventures and plays a key role in industry leadership and policy advocacy.

Mr. Jayesh Shah is responsible for the overall financial stewardship of Arvind and plays a central role in shaping the Group’s strategic, regulatory, and governance framework. With decades of association across multiple businesses, he brings deep institutional knowledge and continuity to the Board. His leadership spans finance, corporate strategy, compliance, investor engagement, and long-term capital planning across the Group’s diversified operations.

Nigam Shah joined Arvind Limited as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in September 2023. He provides strategic leadership across finance, capital allocation, governance, and value creation, working closely with the board and senior management to strengthen institutional resilience and long-term performance.

Reena Bhagwati holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. She serves as a director in the engineering companies of the Bhagwati Group, including Bhagwati Autocast Limited, Bhagwati Spherocast Private Limited, and Bhagwati Filters Private Limited.

Ismet Khambatta contributes a distinctive perspective to the Board through more than three decades of experience in architecture, urban design, and design-led manufacturing across India and the United States. She brings strong sensibilities around sustainability, aesthetics, user-centric design, and long-term environmental impact.

Nilesh Mehta has over forty years of experience in investing, financial services, and business strategy including more than twenty years in direct private equity investing. He is a Chartered Accountant and a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University.

Nagesh Pinge is an expert in Ethics, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate from India, and has also completed an Executive Education Program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, USA.

Gokul Jaykrishna is the Joint Managing Director & CEO of Asahi Songwon Colors Limited and the Managing Director of Asahi Tennants Color Private Limited. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, USA.
