From two US plants it makes more than 300 products, in fabric weights from 70 to 2,000 gsm, for automotive, geotextile, furniture, bedding and flooring, and industrial customers. The business is built on fast turnarounds, dependable on-time delivery, and close development work with customers. Fibre waste is recycled in a closed loop, and the plants are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Through Dalco GFT, our US subsidiary, we supply needle-punched nonwovens to the automotive industry for headliners, wheel-well liners, underbody covers, trunk liners, underseat liners and mudguards. The fabrics are engineered for acoustic performance and thermal stability, and are supplied in rolls or die-cut to shape. They are developed with Tier 1 suppliers for programmes with leading OEMs. Everything is made in the United States, and currently serves US customers only.
