He joined the Arvind’s group strategy team in 2016 and in a very short span of period shifted gears from optimizing the corporate costs to shaping the strategy of fast-growing technology led business of Advanced Materials. This was incubating and leading new-age businesses of Sports and Infrastructure within Advanced Materials. While he led the Sports Equipment business completely, he was given the opportunity to shape the strategy of Advanced Material division which involved scoping multiple solutions, negotiating with technology / joint venture partners and identifying the next big business.

Being empowered to think out of the box without fear of failures was a key highlight of his stint so far at Arvind. According to him, the opportunity to do something transformational and create a world-class setup for products and solutions which are mostly been imported into the country, has made it challenging, yet fun. Owing to this exceptional journey he was featured in the prestigious list of Economic Times Young Leader in 2018.
